RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Vmbarti@gmail.com.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. If you cancel your order after it has been confirmed, Pickyto App shall have a right to charge you cancellation fee of a minimum INR 25 or upto the order value, with a right to either not to refund the order value or recover from your subsequent order, the complete/ deficit cancellation fee, as applicable, to compensate our restaurant and delivery partners. Pickyto App shall also have right to charge you cancellation fee for the orders canceled by Pickyto App for the reasons specified under clause 1(iii) of this cancellation and refunds policy. In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to Pickyto App or its restaurant and delivery partners, Pickyto App shall not charge you any cancellation fee.
However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:
  • Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking or
  • Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order;
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@pickyto.com and send your item to: No. 9, 11th Cross Street, Indira Nagar, Adyar, Chennai, TN, 600020, India.
